Ahhh, eBay sellers.  Just another reminder to all to verify what you are buying, as people like this are still out there scamming.  They also seem to get very angry when you call them on their scam.

This particular buffoon lists in his auction:

This model radio does nothing but show “CODE” on the display unless you input the security code after the power has been disconnected from it.  Based on my below “conversation” with this seller, it’s pretty obvious that they couldn’t have possibly tested any of what they said since they don’t have the code.

I’ve left the name in order to not protect the guilty.
